But you are finished creating it when it was created. GMW isn't creating it. It is enhancing it for a couple hours.
One has nothing to do with the other. Therefore it works.
People are just saying Ninja is a better combat class than rogue: they acknowledge it is worst at traps (no trapfinding) and spell (evasion), but feel the ability to kill/dodge is more valueable.
Only for attack rolls/saves.
Are you going with 1 is -10 and 20 is a 30 variant? The difference is you may still hit (maybe) and might still miss (maybe) depending on difference between your bonuses and their AC.
Well, I think I found a few things:
The 3.5 Red Hand Of Doom Handbook for DMs [Major spoilers!] - WIP, PEACH! - Giant in the Playground Forums
Not sure if there is anything there, but you could ask there as well.
Possibly here: maps and things...
Yes, if you reread Unearthed Arcana, it says that.
Pally is decent for a Good Cleric. It advances turn undead, spellcasting, and good bab. Even adds new spells.
What happens when an Outsider dies on the Prime Material Plane? Their native plane?
The same thing that happens on everything else. The question is how they gotr to the material plane.
A summoned creature can't die: they just reform on origin plane.
A called creature is dead till raised...
Paladin of Tyranny (so you can travel with any alignment) 3:
2 gives you Cha to saves.
3 gives you Immunity to fear and enemies within 10 ft get a -2 penalty to all saves.
Plus, Tyranny is more Party friendly.
There are a few ways to stop regeneration:
1) Graymantle spell (Spell Compendruim)
2) Trollbane (a alchemy product without a save) pg 37 Dungeonscape
3) Whatever specific way the creature lists.
Point out that you are playing 3.5 (If you are). Creatures in 3.5 lose Regeneration if have no Con score. Undead lack a Con score. Ergo, Undead can't have regeneation: boom, you just weakened this undead: it is no longer Unstoppablw.
Yes, but only wizards learn it: Mnemonic Enhancer lets you turn a 4th level slot into 3 levels of spells: 1 3rd, 1 1st and 1 2nd, or 3 1st (you choose how to divide up).
Good Wand.
It adds an extra attack at first BAB value the X (i.e. Monk BAB Attack looks like the X+/+y/+z, example BAB +15/+10/+5 at 20th level).
This is stacks with first one from flurry (1 extra attacks at first BAB value).
So +x/+X/+X/+y/+z = attack line of Monk at 20th.
I think it was a power issue: worries about being too hard to hurt.
In game: because they protect vs different things. Having multiple times prevents one bypassing it without damage alone.
Altough DR/- should stack since nothing bypasses it anyway (thematically to me).
But lost ability to qualify versus almost everything.
Major stables like Grease, Blink, etc are nerfed to no longer grant sneak attack
But without sneak attack they are bad as Cleric without spells in battle.
Really, they should have made 2 Rogue class:
Executioner and Rogue like Iron...
