Due to a serious lack of time, the players of Grudash Flamerage and Jallarzi will become reserve players and only participate when they have the time. Two new players have been found and (if everything goes well) the adventure will continue next friday.

I love druids :D Most of my DM's also allow a belt or headband, but that's houserules. Luckily I'm now mostly into 3.5, so no more wilding clasps and three cheers for the bear with belt/headband/bracers/amulet/boots/rings/vest :D

Use the original saves ... animals have good fort and reflex save ... dire animals and legendary animals have all good saves.

Actually it's "amulet, vest or similar item" ... the problem is that for some DM's similar item means 'amulet or vest slotted item' and for others it means all sorts of stuff you can wear ... but armors are out ... you have to have a "wild" armor for that.

I've also mentioned that some ... most people thought 10,000 gp was to expensive for something that can be done twice as good with one feat, so most votes went to 3750.

Sorry about the lack of responce ... RoF is Races of Faerun ;) The spiked helmet is on page 155/156 ... it has a reach of 0 ft, and does double damage on a charge ... I remember reading about provoking an AoO when attacking with such weapons ... if only I knew where :(

You're supposed to be able to move an opponent to an area you threaten with a succesfull grapple check. That was hidden somewhere in the 3.0 Faq/errata. So a ogre would: - try to grab someone, provoke an AoO for that from that opponent - win a grapple check to "hold" that opponent, moving in...

I've only taken it at 4th fighter level with multiclass characters ... single class almost always took other feats like spring attack, great cleave, power lunge or some archery feat.

Costs for non-slotted abilities are x1,5 in 3.5, not x2 like in 3.0. 12.000 gp for the Mage Armor (see the ring in Sword & Fist) 3.000 gp (2.000 x 1,5) for the +1 natural armor bonus ==== 15.000 gp total 4.000 gp for wisdom 6.000 gp (4000 gp x 1,5) for the dexterity 6.000 gp (4000 gp x 1,5)...

As a barbarian, you can just take feats to improve your DR :D

I have always had the impression it was antraciet ... sort of halfway between black and gray.

I once had a paladin/telepath around lvl 13 with the feats that you can sense lies and a maximized diplomacy and sense motive with some feats to make it better .... I "charmed" my way through lots of would-be small encounters while "simply telling the truth". A big spot/listen is also very nice...

I vote A ... have seen three stupid character death's already by DM's using option C ... option B would be an even more overpowered non-option.

What I remember from DM quotes and other things that changed our game: - lots of enemies have the haste, two spells/round tactic ... that won't work, so give them the quicken spell feat or some other thing to replace it - the darkness spell isn't dark anymore, a big change around drow - fly and...

It's in RoF isn't it ? ... It provokes an AoO when used, and gives double damage on a charge. I'd use it in combination with power lunge ... you get the AoO anyway :D
