    D&D 4E Looking for 4e Pregens.

Here are the Keep on the Shadowfell PCs. And here are the pregen PCs from the Dark Sun adventure run at a con a while ago. You could possibly strip the background out for use in other settings. I think there were one or two other sets of 1st level PCs made by WotC for something, but I can't...

Acrobatic Stunts and Running Long Jumps in Combat

Monks have dozens of ways of avoiding OAs. It's just that neither Acrobatics or Athletics are included in the list of ways. You'll be plenty able to move around the field unthreatened, so long as you pick powers that include shifting or grant bonuses to defenses versus OA or similar effects.

PHB3: Random stuff that doesn't merit a full post

Marked always has been a condition (see pg. 277 of the PHB).

PHB3: Random stuff that doesn't merit a full post

Human Paladin (or battlemind) has plate armor weighing fifty pounds, a heavy shield weighing 15 and a weapon weighing up to 10 lbs. That doesn't reach his normal load even with a Strength of 8 (=80 lbs). It doesn't leave much room for rope and ten foot poles, though. Two handed weapons will...

    Is it a melee attack?

Nothing in the burst attack suggests anything about it being a melee attack. If the designers wanted it that way, they could have written "make a melee attack against each adjacent creature" or some such. But they didn't, because it is a close burst attack. So anything triggered off a melee...

    Tide of Iron Question

If they wanted Tide of Iron to only be used on adjacent foes, it would have a range of "Melee 1", like many other powers. It doesn't, though. It has a range of "Melee Weapon", which means that it is supposed to be useable with Reach weapons.

    Goliath Greatweapon Prowess

I'm saying that without having Weapon Focus involved, GGWP is better than SWP for 1[w], but equal to or worse than SWP on 2 or higher [w]s (3 in Paragon, 4 in Epic). When you add Weapon Focus in, Weapon Focus + SWP is always superior to GGWP (at a bit higher opportunity cost).

PHB3: Random stuff that doesn't merit a full post

Monsters can be runepriests, if the GM wants. They just need to be built using the NPC creation rules int he DMG or have a runepriest class template applied to them (not that we have it, but it's easy to fake). I think the weird wording for the runepriest thing (and some other powers in...

    Battlemind: Blurred step

The enemy certainly does lose that move action. If a power interrupts something, the interrupted action is lost. (PHB p 268)

    Battlemind: Blurred step

The more I look at Blurred Step, the less I think the timing is a mistake or an accident. Everyone seems to assume BS is for pursuing an enemy trying to get away. If you instead think about the Battlemind trying to get between the enemy and your allies, then interrupting the movement can ruin...

    Goliath Greatweapon Prowess

GGWP is an okay feat, but since it can't stack with Superior Weapons, you're better off taking a Superior weapon if you're doing 2 or more [w]s. Which is most encounter and Daily attacks (so most rounds of combat in Paragon), and everything you do in Epic. Runepriests and Seekers can use it...

    Fey Pact

Which info have you found so far? There's a little in the Manual of the Planes, and a few Dragon articles on the matter. Besides the Sealing the Pact article, you probably want this article, about the Prince of Frost, complete with feats and options for Fey Pact Warlocks pacted with the court...

    Weapons as Implements...

Nonmagical weapon properties like Brutal or High Crit don't apply, but magical enhcantment properties can apply, depending on their wording.

    There's something about Runepriests.

The immobile only lasts while you are adjacent, so not so good for reach Runepriests.

Rogue + Warlock + Assassin using multiclass and hybrid equals "win"

You mean loving, like in the form of the awesome combo that this thread is about? Gnome warlock/assassin/rogues can be unseen for entire combats now.

D&D 5E (2014) I hope the next CB update cleans up the Monk

It's an implement attack, but its range is "Melee weapon" (in CB and Compendium) or Melee touch (in the book).

    There's something about Runepriests.

There has been much wailoing and gnashing of teeth regarding how psionic at-wills still do only 1[w] or equivalent at epic level. Maybe this is a pattern in the PHB3. Seeker and Monk at-wills scale up at Epic, though.

    PHB3 Weapon Properties

Sorcerers have Daggers as implements. Swordmages get Light or Heavy Blades as Implements. So far the only superior implement Light or Heavy blades are the Daggers in the linked sorcerer article. So no superior weapon and superior implement at the same time. Maybe eventually. (I don't see...

    When are effects identical?

The quoted bit of rules in the OP disagrees with you. You can only be dazed once, but if a second daze is part of another effect, then you have to roll two different saves: one for the "just dazed" effect and one for the "dazed plus something" effect.
