    Weird is weird

Well, there is a reason for spelling and grammar conventions and it is ease of communication. It's one thing to obssess over proper spelling and grammar--if your sentences are understandable, it's not really an issue. For what I feel is a good example of what can happen when one almost...

    Whedon on X-Men?

also, IIRC X-Corp was introduced by Joe Casey in Uncanny, not Morrison. Joe Casey is currently exploring more of the superhero corporation idea in Wildcats 3.0.

    Whedon on X-Men?

the funny thing about all this (and the point of Morrison's run) is that thanks to all of that, the slate is much much cleaner now for future writers to work with and future readers to come into without having to learn 30 years of back-story. Also, in spite of all naming, it's not a "reboot."...

What are the coolest props you've used?

    1) I think I saw a Santa sometime that had real reindeer, but I'm not sure. 2) I'm currently making a case notepad for a detective character that someone is playing in my d20 Modern game. It has many pages ripped out, but includes notes for current investigations, plus a list of contacts and...

    Pre-painted Miniatures for Modern Game?

I just spent about $40 at Twilight Cards on a bunch of HeroClix and a couple MageKnight figures. Unfortunately, I still don't have proper minis for most of the PCs. ;)

    Pre-painted Miniatures for Modern Game?

After I posted, I browsed the Heroclix galleries on the official site and found the figures you're referring to. Thank you. The game is X-Files/Buffy/Cthulhu-esque. The players have made the following characters, a Detective (with a gun collection), a Rare Book Trader (throwing knives...
