Unarmed Rogue AV & MP (Look its a monk!)

Ah but you can. Spiked Gauntlets are Unarmed weapon type, which means they are used for Unarmed attacks

The Druid makes me chew the furniture

Make the powers have a skill training requirement then? I'm interested in seeing what implements a Druid has because the only one at the moment that actually makes sense to me is staffs.

    Halfling Staff Wizard . . . impossible?

They don't even get that part of the stick which is the problem.

    Martial Power Multiclass feats

I don't know if you're right or not but I certainly would allow them to work that way.

Criticals when using beast strikes ?

Not to mention having their beast right next to the enemy would negate it as well.

The best Power in MP is....Warlord Utility 6 Power.

Keep in mind the warlord does not get a second turn in the same round. The one he's switching with does get to go again but is then placed after the warlord in the initiative order as if he had delayed until then.

Martial Power: the new class features

Tempest Fighter's actually don't have to give up their +1 Attack they simply get it with off hand weapons, along with a damage boost to them if they're in anything but scale or plate. Battle Ragers get to actually stack temp hp which could be interesting, but I'm not sure it's worth the loss of...

I'm an archer: why shouldn't I be a beast master ranger?

+Wolfs wis modifier damage when it has Combat Advantage (so flanking too)

Defensive Staff Wizard vs. Deadly Orb Wizard

But not all Quaterstaves are staffs. Any non wizard using a Quaterstaff only has a Quarterstaff. All those neat shiny implement powers for Staves? Can't be used. Also from a purely reason stand point? Just because all A are B doesn't mean that all B are A.

So I have the Martial Powers book.

    Ah so Sharpshooter = Legolas.

Take Two: Testing The Correlation Between Class Preference And 4E Love/Hate

That's pretty much what I did as well (Only caster I'd ever consider playing was a Sorceror just because I didn't have to worry about memorizing spells.) I prefer 4e not only because it's actually made me interested in playing any class, but also because it's not as bogged down by rules as 3.x was.

    Racial Tiers

I'm going to have to agree with everyone who thinks that Dragonborns are definately not third tier when compared to the other races. They make great Paladins, Warlords, Fighters and Melee clerics. They make decent TWF Rangers, can be useful in either Rogue build, as a Warlock if they go infernal...

So I have the Martial Powers book.

Do any of the fighter powers actually have benefits if you're using a Quarterstaff as a weapon?

So I have the Martial Powers book.

What are the Main, secondary and tertiary stats for a BM Ranger? And do they have Ranged powers or are they just meleeing with their companion?

    Barbarian Playtest Experiences

I'm pretty sure they do stack as they both have triggering effects happening at the same time you get to choose what order they trigger in. Personally I'm really enjoying my Genasi Barbarian that I'm working on focusing on crits and charges, as well as using a high crit weapon (fullblade in this...

How Do You Melee a Kobold Dragonshield?

Or alternatively have the fighter charge him, seeing as Shifty is a reaction the fighter gets his attack in, and can mark it and if the dragonshield tries to move away from the fighter it gets smacked again.

So I have the Martial Powers book.

Cause I think it was missed the first time.

2d6 > 1d12 so how exactly are oversized Waraxes worthless?

How hard is a 4E black dragon fight?

    Black Dragons are Pirates?

So I have the Martial Powers book.

I'm curious as to how the companions damage stacks up compared to weapons, and if your choice of beast changes it.
