The d20 Freeport Companion is a Fall release. However, we've also got a new Freeport adventure coming out in August as part of our Bleeding Edge line. This is a mid-level d20 adventure called Dark Wings Over Freeport, which also includes True20 stats.

We first worked with Patrick on Denizens of Freeport, interestingly enough. Later he a key contributor to our Thieves' World line and did some great work on those books. You may also have seen his name in some White Wolf titles. Rob and I were delighted he came on board for the Pirate's Guide.
