Sounds like a good idea to me. The word mini seems a little out of place though.. ;) I've had the desire to use a mysterious plane/dimension shifting NPC for a while so that ties into my idea of *kewl* XD

I've never bought any 3pp stuff before. My interest is piqued though. If we're fishing for previews, more details on the 6 adventure pack would be helpful, I'm particularly interested in the "Fey Maze" adventure..

I like this article, as well as the one on Genasi; although they may not break new ground they provide a valuable insight which can help in roleplaying one of the less common races, at least for those who haven't seen it all before such as myself :)

I also recommend Changeling: The Lost. I browsed it in my local bookstore over coffee (a cliché true but one of my few rpg pleasures lacking much money or a FLGS) and it inspired me to run a Feywild-heavy campaign. It's also worth noting that IIRC it includes a recommended reading list...

Following on from Ydars' advice, give some thought to the layout of the city, but only as far as is necessary for the level of description/navigation you're going to need. If a lot of the good passing through the city from the docks are sold elsewhere, you'll need a broad arterial road running...
