Ashtagon has it right. Iron will is a BONUS to saves. If a PrC needs base save, that is the base save alone (gotten from class/classes).

A quick question: If you played as Kobold Rogue, and did the ritual thing to get 1/day 1st lvl Sorcerer spell as SLA, what spell would you choose? Permanent 1HP loss is worth it IMO, and I am currently leaning towards Nerveskitter. What are your thoughts on the subject? Any better choices?

No, no, no.... You got it completely wrong. The trick is to actually MISS the ground while falling. This is achieved if you are, somehow, distracted at the moment when you should hit the ground.

Pseudodragon poison DC is CON based. Says so in creature description. As for other sugestions, have you thought about Hellspawned Grace invocation? It isn't great, but it fits the theme.
