Man, go pick up blood and vigilance from RPGobjects. It plugs right in on top of d20 modern (and d20 past for that matter). I've long wanted to run a pulp supers game with pulp heroes and vigilance, but just can't find a group...but i'm 100% sure b&v would work perfectly in that system.
