Some further clarification of this ability would be a good idea. How often can the swarm lay eggs? Does it need a special environment in order to use this ability – perhaps fresh corpses? Ah -- reading the initial description, I do see where you say they lay eggs on their victims. I still...

One other thing I noticed: You have "Special Attacks: Distraction" in the statistics block, but it is not defined in the description.

Overall, the swarm is shaping up pretty well now. Some advice for cleaning the poison up a bit: -- Initial and secondary damage: is this hit point damage or some sort of ability damage? Many poisons deal ability damage (a minus to Str, Dex, or Con being the most frequent), so it may be good...

I'm a fan of the prismatic breath weapon, as well. I like the options for the colors outlined in Shade's post -- bad effect, save for not quite as bad of an effect. 2 breath weapons sounds like a good idea to me. The ones outlined by Shade -- would those be the "lesser prismatic" effect...

I have a bunch of the books listed, but haven't converted any of the creatures yet. This is something I'll try and make some time for in the near future.
