I'd say Shapechange, as we did for the manggus. That sounds like fun (though not for the opponent). "Sword Rain"? "Flurry of slices"? (ok, that one sounds pretty silly) "Covered with cuts"? (getting worse; I'd better stop) And also that certain spells are restricted. We can go either way...

That could probably be changed to "Victim is stupefied, standing quietly, with a blank stare." We should state if a stupefied victim is considered helpless or not. Special abilities look good otherwise.

Keeping the unsummonable nature as flavor text is fine with me :) The Pebbles revision looks good. I agree the miniature earth elemental needs a way to move through the earth. Earth Glide would make more sense than burrow, I think. Water Resiliency looks good.

Looks pretty complete to me. Let's add it! Random on the withering is my vote, as well. The description doesn't say anything about them flying, so I would say remove the fly speed and Crush ability.
