penalty Sure this is a penalty the DM has more work to do all of his ECLs should be raized but .5 and EL 1 should be a el 1.5 in this case. i just becomes a balance issue.... look thre UA it has some more info on it... THis variant is not somthing that you would just have a DM normaly would...

that's not how i understand it working (could be wrong but i doubt it) a cleric is standing next to a fighter with this feat. While the cleric is casting the spell the fighter gets an AoO on him (becaue he can't cast defensivey normaly he would get a concentratoin check) the figter dose damge...

They effectivey get the best HD BAB Saves Skills spell and specal abitys of bolth classes a Cleric monk would use it's wis as an AC bouns cast cleric spells and do uncarmed damge... for example

There is a feat somewhere that makes it so a Spellcaster can't make a concentration check when next to the person with the feat... dose anyone know what the name of that feat is or what book it is in?
