Try Freecycle or Craigslist to get a free/cheap TV, that will hold you over.

Looked at an older issue, and it appears they didn't do it every January. The one I found one in, was #242 which is December '97. Average number: 52,714 May try to look through all my issues (with the Dragon Compilation CD's) should be most, if not all of them, and post the results later.
