Looking to buy one, and wanting to know which ones are recommended, and which ones I should avoid :) Would like to get a 2GB one, and seen one on ecost.com (Patriot Memory) that seemed like a good deal with the Google Checkout, but I figured I would get some opinions and suggestions on this...

Trillian is another popular way to chatting on psionics.net. I'm fairly certain Gaim and Miranda can be used as well.

Open up Trillian, connections (top left), manage my connections, add a new connection, choose IRC, then: server alias: make a name, Psionics will work; where it says irc.trillian.com::6667 : type in chat.psionics.net:6667 nickname: your nick username: anything you want to put in here user...
