Your Life as a DnD Class

I fully agree. When I dream of Myself in DnD, I am a High level wizard. But this thread is just to take what you have done in your life and just see what would you be classed.

Your Life as a DnD Class

Well PC's have classes because they can do the extraordinary. Can a Black Belt do the extraordinary? Up for debate. How many Black Belts are there in the world? Do they all deserve a rank in Monk? I guess it's really up to you. I say if you can break boards with a Flurry of Blows, sure...

Your Life as a DnD Class

Lets see: I have 2 years as a Security Guard, but I slept for most of the job, unless guarding a Warehouse. 6 years in customer service, working hard to serve the customers. 2 years of Judo and Fencing. 6 years playing DnD. I'll assume 1 full year in a given profession equals 1 level. So...

Deck of Many Things Horror Stories

So I'm playing in a campaign where our goal is to stop Ragnorock. I'm the party Klepto/Rogue and I find a Deck of cards. It starts talking to me, voices in my head. I get the rest of the party together, a cleric of nature, a war shaper and a sword sage. The voice tells me to play poker, so i...

    High Magic Build Help

I've looked for Druid Handbooks, and they seem really basic. Do Druids compare to Wizards at high level magic or do Wizards blow everything out of the water?

    Wall of Force question

But your reference refers to "The creature with blindsense usually does not need to make Spot or Listen checks to notice and locate creatures within range of its blindsense ability, provided that it has line of effect to that creature." The opening of "lets the creature notice things it cannot...

    Imbue Summoning

May only be applied to a (summoning) spell. You may cast one spell of up to 3rd level with the range of Touch on the creature(s) summoned by the affected spell. For example, the creature could be summoned with Invisibility already in effect. does this mean that I cast the 2 spells at one time...

    Wall of Force question

Blindsense requires the user to still use a sense, and no one has stated what sense the Dragon is using to detect the wall. So again, Detect Invisiblity will allow you to detect invisible objects.

    Wall of Force question

The caster can form the wall into a flat, vertical plane whose area is up to one 10- foot square per level. The wall must be continuous and unbroken when formed. If its surface is broken by any object or creature, the spell fails. In mathematics, a plane is a flat surface. Planes can arise as...

    Wall of Force question

I agree with you fully that echolocation would work fine. Good call. But Blindsense doesn't give echolocation, and so the Dragon is stuck with the 5 senses. But as a DM, it's your call. I'ld reward the players for coming up with such a good idea, if i was DMing.

    Wall of Force question
