that's where I am too....I won't ever run a Ravnica campaign but it is always cool to have more stuff to crib from in my book hehe in my book....i get it...

a guy in our group is a big time Magic player and he's really excited to run a Ravnica campaign for us....its pretty fun seeing how pumped he is about it and its rubbing off on us as well

surely it has to go beyond that....if you literally are going to cast zero spells you could play a common non classed character.....I want to know if he is wading into melee with a staff or shooting a bow or what....they said he went like 9 levels didn't he? what made him choose wizard I wonder

I'd really like to hear the tale of the dad who plays a wizard and never casts spells please like...what does the character actually do? and what do the other players say? and does dad play any other classes? and do they cast spells? its a pretty fascinating way to play

it goes over the top....then circles around to go over the top again to make sure the reader hasn't missed it.....which brings it back around to awesome....in my opinion

why wouldn't they have a few trial runs for each player to get used to their character's abilities etc?

we've done a couple one shots and everyone in our group has really liked it ... one I ran turned into a King Kong movie and it was pretty glorious.... then my son and I ran one for his friends around Halloween that was straight up Aliens good times
