    Does Anyone Care? (Cosmere RPG)

Agreed, but to divert that back on to topic... The Cosmere books do take philosophy quote seriously, in fact the central struggle of the Stormlight Archives so far is over whether the ends justify the means, if ethics is about results or about the process of trying to be a better person...

D&D 5E (2024) When are we getting announcements for 2026 books?

The DMG approach to quick low prep.Advenruees seems to be the direction they are going: which may be more useful in practice.

D&D 5E (2024) When are we getting announcements for 2026 books?

My brother-in-law ran it for us as a full on Comedy, which the text encourages, and as Pratchett-esque parody of Wrekend in Hell? Fantastic.

    Does Anyone Care? (Cosmere RPG)

I made it to 7 or 8 before I realized "Oh, hey, these books are actively evil and anti-human" which is me being slow on the uptake, but I was like 16 so... The Stormlight Archives books, on the other hand, are thick and meaty and it is, actually impossible to explain what is happening by Book 3...

D&D 5E (2024) When are we getting announcements for 2026 books?

For sure, though Curse of Strahd is probably one of the least stingy of the Perkins Oeuvre.

    Does Anyone Care? (Cosmere RPG)

Pre-Prequel Star Wars, the 90s novel and WEG RPG era, are a significant influence on the Cosmere as a literary project. Sanderson played WEG Star Wars in his youth (his group apparently got the main cast of the movies accidentally killed in the first session, and spent years hustling to "fixing...

    Does Anyone Care? (Cosmere RPG)

I'd look at that the opposite way: that means the RPG hasn't maxed out it's audience yet before hitting retail. Maybe your DM just hasn't bothered really looking yet, but when the books are on the shelves of the FLGS...he might take a look.

    Does Anyone Care? (Cosmere RPG)

The main thing that indicates is that the RPG has not yet reached the full potential of juat Sanderson fans: which makes sense, the Stormlight novels alone have sold over 10 million copies, which divided by 5 is still representing something like 20 times greater than the number of people who...

D&D General The Purple Dragon Knights are tied to an Amethyst Dragon (confirmed)

Technically, it's the satisfaction rate: to get to 70%, it seemed that most respondents had to give 4 or 5 on the responses.

I am really glad to hear that, gives me a lot of hope.

    Does Anyone Care? (Cosmere RPG)

So, Johnny O'Neal of Brotherwise Games posted a summary on reddit of the genCon panel, which was not recorded unfortunately, photos and link below and a couple of neat information highlights: "We confirmed that in addition to new heroic path specialties, the Mistborn Handbook features a...

    Does Anyone Care? (Cosmere RPG)

This is decidedly not the case here, though I know ehat you mean in general terms. Brotherwise Games, based on theor past board games as well, doesn't believe in half-measures or phoning a project in. It is hard for me at this point to judge how a non-Cosmere fan would perceive it, but already...
