    Shrinking isn't handled correctly when printing. It's a known bug that'll be fixed in the upcoming version 0.3.6. Export handles it correctly, however.

Large powers can theoretically be spaces out over multiple power blocks (hm, gives me an idea), but that problem was one that I had in ind when I mentioned longer texts.     We've already seen that utility powers can be dailies and encounters from the wizard spell spread, as far as I recall, and we have seen that again with other utility powers. We've also heard that there should be at-will utilities. I don't think it really means much.

    I'd call it Vehicles in that case. Lets see - Demolitions, Gamble, and Research, along existed in d20 Modern. I'm not sure if there's a good fit for Demolitions in your list. Research could be under Science. Gamble is probably not needed. Knowledge Skills in d20 Modern Arcane Lore -> (Arcana)...

    That's exactly what I'm talking about. :p It makes perfect sense for undead and plant (which was what I'm shooting for with the dark one, if only to confirm it) to be subtypes under this system. I'm unconvinced that ooze is a good fit for a subtype, however.

    That's a known bug IIRC, though it doesn't seem to be mentioned in the bug thread. Anyway, the main stat block isn't actually lost - it's simply shifted above the actual text area if it is empty. It should be enough to move the cursor up and type to get things into the correct position.

    'scale down to: [blah]' added to the font section should take care of that automatically. Some powers might still be too long - those might have to be exported at a higher zoom to be legible.
