yeah, a CR 1 I think, probably from the darkvision and the fire resistance (if used well darkvision can always be a pain). You've not mentioned what weapons they use yet have specified armour and shield. Also I'm guessing its a merium-sized humanoid :)

Quick update: Its taking an age to get my domain back as it was registered in the name of the now defunct company (big yuk!) but there is a chance I may managed to get hold of the database afterall (for a small fee, natch!)
