Actually european privacy laws DO stop him sending out subscriptions, as the UK distribution firm who has ours names and addresses arn't allowed to give them to him. And he probably can't name names else he'll get his a$$ sued for libel (or is it slander?)

Just an idea here, but could someone try the following: a) Set your computer up so you suffer the problem again. b) Go into user control panel/options and set "Browse board with cookies?" to no. c) See if this makes any difference. Try closing your browser and restarting and see if the problem...

For tricky perimeter AOE shots, and trying to hit-two-monsters-but-miss-PCs with the likes of lightning bolt (its a 10ft wide beam IIRC) my DM usually requires some kind of spellcraft roll - which I find quite a good method.
