    Polymorph 8HD

Offensive: Annis (hag) or treant. Defensive: Annis (hag), or troll for better saves. Treant for plant trait immunities. Flee: A small dragon of some sort should do. A Very Young white dragon has fly, burrow and swim speeds for a quick escape. Cast spells: Annis (hag), maybe pixie (for flight).

    What Sterotypes do you hate?

Good one. I don't watch boxing, and I don't know about "the whole fight", but fighters do sometimes abandon defense for full offense. Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JjOLblfUaRw (Frye vs. Takayama in Pride FC, mixed martial arts.)

    Incantatrix help/opinions

I can't see how having your familiar chatter away at you as you attempt a freakishly difficult feat of magical mastery would be all that helpful. :) It's a "ask your DM" thing though. (If he buys it, you can probably get the +2 bonus on all sorts of skill checks on higher levels.)

    Incantatrix help/opinions

DC 51 at level 12 will require a lot of specialization and you'll probably have to cast a few spellcraft buffing spells. It should be doable though. (See my list above.) That's for item creation. If the DM lets you buy or make spellcraft boosting items it becomes far easier to make the necessary...

Not a problem. No rule says you can't and they even use a 10th level (modified) spell as one of the examples.

Spellcraft bonuses From an earlier thread, modified with latest books. (Suggestions welcome.) Spellcraft bonuses 5 ranks of knowledge (arcana) adds +2 to spellcraft. The following feats add to spellcraft: Skill Focus (Spellcraft) +3 Magical Aptitude +2 Spellwise (Player's Guide to Faerun...

    Incantatrix help/opinions

Persistent spell works on spells with a personal or fixed range. However, he's probably thinking of the Cooperative Metamagic ability, which lets you apply a metamagic feat to someone else's spell as it's cast. (And you could use the 3rd level Metamagic Effect ability to apply Persistent Spell...

    Improved Buckler Defense

You have a +2 AC advantage over the animated shield. Except that the buckler gives you a -1 penalty on attacks. And there's little reason not to use a large shield. So even before you factor in the feat cost the character with IBD and the character with the animated shield are roughly equal...

    Powergamers! Help Min/Max my Sorcerer!!

<sigh> Precocious Apprentice does not give you the ability to cast 2nd level spells, as per the prestige class prerequisite. It lets you cast one second level spell some of the time. Your interpretation contradicts both the letter and the obvious intent of the feat description. It assumes that...

    Improved Buckler Defense

Actually, the wording of the feat makes it quite clear that it applies "when you attack with a weapon in your off hand". A character wielding weapon two-handed is attacking with a weapon in his off hand. If he's not, he doesn't even need the feat to benefit from the buckler's AC bonus, as you...

    12th-level Enlightened Fist build

Short reply: Wrong. Ascetic Mage feat (CAdv). Human. (He's got a "bonus from human" feat.) It stacks. Wrong. You're thinking of the Combat Expertise feat. Oh, and welcome to the boards. Better luck next time. :)

I don't see why not. I don't see why not. Yes. See the Official 3.5 FAQ. I'd say that they all discharge at once.

    What Sterotypes do you hate?

A couple of mine * The scrappy Victim who, after knocking down and dazing the Bad Guy, runs away. Sometimes the Victim even drops a provenly effective weapon before running. Just once I'd like to see the damsel in distress go "GOTCHA!" and start stomping on the bad guy's head while he's down...

    Life on Mars

I've seen it. It usually wasn't bad, and occationally it was good. (Random observation: I'm pretty sure 70s coppers in England were the models for Terry Pratchett's Ankh-Morpork city guards.)

    Powergamers! Help Min/Max my Sorcerer!!

Ah, you're right about the breathing. They still have a physiology though, or they'd be immune to critical hits, stunning and similar. And you seem to have overlooked the rest of my argument. Would you allow someone to change shape into a demon? After all, demons are basically the bodiless...

    Powergamers! Help Min/Max my Sorcerer!!

No it's not. Read the actual creature entry. The part about the "spirits of dwarven heroes" is just fluffy flavor text. Many DnD creatures, like some constructs and some undead are animated by extraplanar entities or souls/"spirits". That does make them bodiless or (in itself) invalid targets...
