If we tried contacting half the people that have come and gone I think we would find that most are no longer active here on the boards. Just a fact of life I guess.

Well NC is the Business manager type person around here.

My concern comes when people start thinking about ways to monitize the GMF. For that we need a business entity setup inorder to avoid some major legal hassels down the road.

I'm here obviously and willing to help out with anything I can. My scripting sucks but I'm working on it. Of course my goals are often set higher then realistic to reach. But big dreams make for big people.

Unfortunately the forums we are currently setup on don't have that kind of power. For what I think most of us want to see and have we're goign to have write something specilized to handle it all. I'm going to try and look through the RPOL.net source code sometime this next week if things calm...

Updated the GMF Forums with a minor update. Added homebrew Creation category and renamed "General" to "The Lobby" to reflect ideas that are being discussed.

Agreed, of course we would have to decide certain things such as where to register? How would money be spent? Would people be paid? Would we retain Game Master Foundation as the legal business? Or would it be a subsidiary of a parent organization incase we decided to branch out in the future...

If I (or anyone else that would like) could learn AJAX we could do alot with our own site. Thats the wonderful thing about AJAX is that if you can think it up, odds are that you can do it. Just takes time and patience.

I was thinking of something a bit more advanced that rpol.net. Although I have yet to check them out fully. They deffinately seem to have a good setup though. Just not very good site design IMO.
