I'm thinking about the small publishers and product manufacturers who used to advertise via Dungeon and Dragon magazines. Now they've lost a hard-copy, print venue for their advertising. I don't know about you guys, but I don't click on online ads for s***. Don't trust 'em. I have a friend who...
Hi all,
Picked up Egg of the Phoenix for dirt cheap (and in near-mint condition!) and I was wondering what impressions ENWorlders have had regarding this module?
Is there an entry under the Quasqueton series?
I can see the headlines: "Renton, Kent, Auburn Bombed! Massive Cloud of Methaphetamine Smoke Blows South, Tacoma, Lakewood and Spanaway Rejoices, Stays Up for a Whole Week."

Now normally, if I heard anyone using "gish" in the context of this thread, I would kick the person in their nuts repeatedly until my legs got tired.

"V-v-vastaranthrax has refused th-the sacrifice!"
"Gods! WHY?"
"He...he said..."BRING ME SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THE F*** THEY'RE DOING!"
"We're doomed!!! He's angry at us!!!"
"I...I...uh...nominated your wife."
"WHAT?!?!"
"Dude...everybody in the village knows."
I could use a collection of miscreants. Human, elven, half-orc, dwarven, halfling, gnome, and half-elven thugs, goons, stooges, cultists, n'er-do-wells, cutthroats, and general scum.
Hm. I've been reading through it, and it sounds like there's the potential to have a lot more going on than killing things just because they're there. There is something Not Right going in that valley.
