    Creating new dragons!

In that case, it is indeed found in Africa, in the Ivory Coast, as well as other parts worldwide (being most common in Australia). However, Tektite is very similar to Obsidian, and thus I would be iffy using it. After all, there are so many other options out there,

Were we thinking of submitting these guys? If so, we sould do the new statblock. If not, then lets be Curmudgeony!!!!!!!

    Creating new dragons!

On the other hand, I don't want to go too far into obscure gemstones that few will know what it looks like to make a reference. And "lameness" is a matter of personal opinion. I also specifically went with gemstone that could be found in Africa or the Middle East. Green Vivianite: Located...

    Converting the Dukes of Hell

They sould go in the attack line. Though the full description as written should go in the description section, the actuall attack routines with attack bonus, damage, et. all should go in the attack line. Looks good though :)

    Converting the Dukes of Hell

I'll second Shade's vote. Insight = to Wis works. If we come across a devil that we want to change around, we can, but we could use this as a standard rule.

    Converting the Dukes of Hell

Well, the +4 Deflection from Unholy Aura is cool, and a decent-high natural armor, but I still think that something else can/should be used. Even if it through magic items.

    Creating new dragons!

Yeah, I specifically chose my three based on I have not heard of any dragons based on them yet. Alexandrites, Carnelians, and Malachites are all found in Africa, maybe a more african theme. The only African-themed dragon I can currently think of is Apep, and thus perhaps a more snake-like theme...

    Creating new dragons!

Howver we already have a set of oriental dragons in the Lung Dragons (Which I actually like) I never did like the OA shaman spells. However, I'm all for grouping. Actually, I was thinking more of an Aztec flavor for these dragons. Not enough "Western World" dragons, so maybe an aztec/native...

    Immortal Set Creatures Conversions

You might want to look at the Immortals Handbook: Epic Bestiary for very large creatures like that. It has rules for creatures of up to universe size. Yeah, universe size.

    More epic half-dragons

Oh, I understood the reasoning. First, the Polychromatic dragon doesn't have access to sonic. Second, choosing one breath is at character creation, not during play, so it isn't as great a benefit as it seems. As for the Titanium dragon, like how the Prismatic Dragon's breath weapon was "toned...

Noted. In this case, I would agree with using items and such to enhance their AC. Possibly in some cases, a special effect here or there, or a unique item.

    Converting True Dragons

I think I am in favor of the Lung Wang's Capsize ability over the others.

    More epic half-dragons

I did see it, but like I said, I don't think that half-epic dragons should be any more powerful than half-any other dragon. Also, I added Nexus and Void dragons to the list. After all, they ARE dragons.

    More epic half-dragons

And, since we are on the topic: Dragon Heritage/Descriptor or Subschool/Class Skill/Spells Known Cometary/Cold/Knowledge (history)/Expeditious Retreat, Haste, Temporal Stasis Nexus/Cold/Knowledge (planes)/Ethereal Jaunt, Plane Shift, Summon Monster III Polychromatic/Any one energy...

    More epic half-dragons

Well, Half-Epic dragons really shouldn't be more powerful than other half-dragons. Going by the latest source on Half-Dragons (This time Races of the Dragon) I would recommend: *Note, the dual resistances were phased out in Races of the Dragon, and replaced with Immunity to one or the other...

    Converting the Dukes of Hell

FCII does not have said bonuses. IMHO I think that was a drastic mistake, as I think that all archfiends should have some sort of AC bonus like that. I would vote for a Profane bonus to AC, or barring that, an Insight bonus.

    Type this Monster

Really? I don't see how being from another planet automatically makes you either an aberration OR a magical beast. At most, It may give an Extraterrestial or Alien subtype (as in d20 future). Several Monstrous humanoids and even humanoids are hatched from eggs (such as lizardfolk). As for mixing...

    Converting the Dukes of Hell

This man wears dark robes, and has a hawk’s head. Yeah, that’s really inspiring – rewrite/add! Hmmmm Before you stands a humanoid figure wearing dark robes. A hawk-like head with sickly green eyes stares at you with confidence and malice. As he approaches, you can feel the souls of the damned...

    Converting the Dukes of Hell

Hmmm, I'm not too opposed to high natural armors, but I do think at least some of the AC should come from something else. Even if we add an in-story reason for it. Such as a +10 profane bonus to AC granted to him from Tiamat. Just a thought.

Heh, Random Action is the 3.0 name for the spell Lesser Confusion IIRC.
