Do you provoke AoO's while invisible?

Honestly... screw any tactics, if you don´t know how to deal with invis creatures, you´re screwed in D&D. Against flying pixie rogues I would suggest to ready stinking cloud spells centered on myself.

level 5 and a plus ten to hit

Which houserule? Well, if you allow Ambidex to work that way, a +11 is actually rather low.

Cloud of Bewilderment (SC) - Too strong for a 2nd level spell?

Yupp but still not that much worse than the good old stinking cloud if you use it in enclosed environments like... let me think... a dungeon ;)? Besides being impolite: I just want to point out the problem here is not the spell. In fact, I don´t see any problem.

    Rapid Summoner

I´d consider that combo as pretty close to pretty much broken. Rapid Summoning itself is already far on the strong side. I only know the Augment Summoning feat and the various Libris Mortis feats to enhance summoned monsters... and honestly, they are more than strong enough.

Chimera Are Kind of a Mess

I think the "reasoning" is that chimeras have several heads on rather short necks looking into one direction, while the hydra has several long snail like heads able to look everywhere with ease.

    Wilder

I do agree that wilders aren´t always worse than psions. Played a wilder in an arena some time... can´t say how much I enjoyed to blast these superhighpowered druids into the ether :D

Cloud of Bewilderment (SC) - Too strong for a 2nd level spell?

I´m a little bit surprised why a spell with a 10ft cube causes so much trouble... as mentioned above, I tend to many encounters with many opponents. That helps a lot with ground control and save or die spells.

level 5 and a plus ten to hit

Hmm, Warblade1/bbn1/bard3... with weapon focus and Inspire courage optimised for these puny three levels... gives a +15 or more to hit after the first round.

Advice for running a challenging chimera fight?

Ice. Seriously. Cover the whole ground in ice. The chimera can fly, the players will be in trouble. Build an icy labyrinth with several flying shortcuts and prepared cave-ins where the chimera can split the party.

    Druid Feats

Draconic Wildshape, wasn´t that in the Draconomicon? Otherwise I´d get Extra Wildshape and as many Wild feats as I can get. Did you consider the Swift Avenger Feat? All you need is one level scout. And druids are good at getting pounce.

    Wilder

Energy push IIRC was the power... boost your DC and blast away.

What should guard this bad guy's lair?

Fall of Liaven :D Great thing!

Cloud of Bewilderment (SC) - Too strong for a 2nd level spell?

Good way to challenge a strong player (if you like him to be that strong): increase the number of encounters/day. He will be able to shine a lot but the others will have some mileage too.

How to make this work (timeline paradox)

Since this char happens to come from Onos past... why not his weapon master from the church? His teacher, mentor, uncle, whatever? No magic involved and you can level him up as much as you want.

Cloud of Bewilderment (SC) - Too strong for a 2nd level spell?

Uncanny dodge sounds like a good idea if you are blind and want to go full defensive.

Character focused on Charge and Bullrush

I like to see scout levels in any charging build.

Change Bard's Inspire Courage to increase AC

Divine Mind is a rather interesting class thats horribly weak at the beginning... but later it rocks.

level 5 and a plus ten to hit

That´s nothing special as others have pointed out. Halflings and elves do have that regularly in my games. Add in a bard with Inspire Courage +2 or +3 and PBS and they´ll hit much better with several shots.

    Ascetic style feats

Sadly several real stylish combos like bard/swashbuckler or bard/rogue do not exist... while some pretty strong ones like Swift hunter and Swift Avenger do exist (at least in Dragonmag). I do like these feats a lot.

    Halfling wizard evoker..

I vote for Scout. +1d6 skirmish for ray spells (since you'll be moving a lot!) sounds exactly like what you need. And don't forget the sneaky skillpoints that enhance your halfling acrobatic feel.
