The only feat I can think of that gives you a pounce ability is Dire Charge from the Epic rules.

Scout has Manyshot I guess... and will really start to hurt as soon as he takes Greater Manyshot. The ranger though has nice spells like Arrowstorm, Exacting Shot, Arrowmind and many other nice Swift actions :D I'd suggest him to take Swift Hunter and 3 levels of scout. He won't lose too much...

Spelldancer is the best way to go IMHO. http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=377248 I am still looking for a way to add in one level of scout and take the Swift Avenger feat from Dragon for some skirmish damage while maintaining level 9 druid spells.

I always liked Ghoul Touch and used it nicely... just target the rogues and wizards, not the fighters :D

Hmm, I wanted to try something similar... actually a kobold, but halfling will do similarly well. It's rogue/wiz (or sorc)/daggermage/arcane trickster with TWF and Rapid Shot and Crossbow Sniper ... you need flaws for more feats though. And I was thinking about heading towards Shadowbane...

For Dual Strike and Manyshot, you only add precision damage once... e.g. sneak attack and skirmish damage. If you want more: A) get Greater Manyshot (XPH): Skirmish on every arrow. Swift Hunter Scout3/RangerX build will net you +28d6 skirmish damage each round. B) Two Weapon Pounce (PHB2). Only...

Swashbuckler bard: I houseruled a feat similar to Daring Outlaw that allows to use your Cha bonus instead of Int for the Swashy strike thing. Daring Outlaw builds are awesome. Pally/Cleric are great, especially with the variant paladin in UA... cleric spellcasting and paladin melee abilities...

Mostly :D I only rolled for the battles taking place around and against the PCs... more than enough, the whole battle took 3 evenings with 32 hours combat time...

Biggest battles included between one and two thousand combatants. Mostly mooks and about 60 bigger NPCs.

Rather simple, dex 26, improved skirmish +6 AC, a ring of deflection and a mithral breastplate +3. That's around 35 IIRC... then Barkskin. Btw: He has Indomitable will and an armor with that +5 to Will against mind affecting things from MIC.

That was 3.0 IIRC, 3.5 has no str limit on composite bows.

Touch AC is pretty high due to skirmish (above 30)... he's a swift hunter with favored enemies undead and constructs... reach build is a good idea but he's got some ranger level 1 spells as swift actions for no range limit on skirmish or sneak attacks. Plus pearls of power to use it several...

Then allow him to wildshape into a fire elemental ;)?

For the Kratos build, get that chain shirt with additional chains from the MIC.

Take a look at the PHB2 ... the variant monk bonus feats with fiery stuff. You might think to grant the wielder one of these feats while he wears the helm (at least for 24 hours worn before useage...).
