Where are there RAW in 4E that call for d12 or percentile? If I recall there are some weapons in the Adventurer Vaults that use a d12 damage die. Anywhere else that is readily accessible to a DM planning an encounter. Is percentile used anywhere?

I've tried it in 4E. The players complained that it made D&D too hard. They were really complaining about my encounter designs, but didn't know it. We dropped simultaneous initiative after that adventure. We should maybe try it again now that they are more used to 4E and my encounter design style.
