I've implemented the Action Point system from Unearthed Arcana. Makes it so spellcasters have more incentive to spend action points rather than just the fighters.

I'll second that. I had just 3 first level characters go through the first module, a warforged fighter, a human artificer, and an elven wizard. They kicked butt and I didn't change anything about the module. They just played it intelligently and rolled well. Eberron rocks.

One of the AEG single word title books has a druid PrC where you attract a pack of wolves and become their leader. Looks kind of like the wolf girl from Princess Mononke (sp?). I forget which one.

How about a singing version of every class? Then you could adventure in a "Musical" world - every time something important is about to happen, the characters must sing a song about it... ;)
