    The back of both of mine state "Printed in USA." The one I've had since WPN release does have some ink that appears faded, and it smudged when I wiped a tiny spot of water. The other one just arrived and hasn't been handled yet.

    In the article linked at the beginning of the ICv2 interview, it states that the products will be available two weeks early at WPN stores. That's 3 July for the Starter and 8 Aug for the PHB. So... The PHB will be available before GenCon if that's correct.

    There's plenty of resources to manage. Short and long rests aren't automatic. Deny them healer kits and they can't spend Hit Dice. Deny them long rests and they can't replenish Hit Dice or Hit Points.
