Congrats, Garyh! Well done. :)
Great to hear that guys, please shoot us a mail so we can add you to the reviewing filter.
Got it and fixed you up. Once we get mail from the others, I'll forward some pending submission to test that you all recieve them.
Thanks again to all of you for wanting...
Regarding where to go from here, feel free to check out the aforementioned judge recruitment thread for a bit more information:
As for character reviews (which is a non-issue as I understand it), all three of you please send an email to l4w.judges@gmail.com and I can set you up immediately...
Woe clears up... slightly.
“Keep on the move or wait to refuel; either way works for me.”
“Though I wouldn’t call our last scuffle overwhelmingly capable survival; half the team were on the ropes. I have no illusions that we weren’t cutting it closer than a blind old barber with the shakes...
I guess Woe will also buy a pair of footpads. On a closer look, I think it’s worth clarifying that they grant a +1 item bonus only to Stealth checks made to move quietly (naturally).
He'll also buy a crowbar for 2 gp (+2 item bonus to Athletics to force doors and containers open). This is all...
At least from the (suggested) position where Rhole slid Ironheart he can attack the hag or the creeper, then potentially use an Action Point to charge any of the two chokers.
So it may all end up close to what he had planned, by switching around the order of his actions.
Woe gulps a mouthful of rum and puts the barrel down on the ground for a moment, somewhere relatively clear of blood.
“Damn right, Pastry Boy, we need provisions! Lessee...”
The warrior fiddles with his gear in search for quill and parchment, but eventually gives up, either because he doesn’t...
Right, sorry; I was going by the map.
Haruka is slid to J13, then, but the choker will still go to J10. The other combinations will not break the grab, and some will leave one or both of us adjacent to a foe (which makes tactical withdrawal to mainland more difficult.)
Oh, wow, I'm very satisfied with the 4E bard!
I definitely feel like a string-puller, manipulating my chess pieces around subtly to achieve impressive effects with a handful of innocent-looking moves.
Ah, that changes my tactics and makes the situation a bit less grim, thanks. :)
A snappy riff from the Great Ultra-Intense Thundering Audio Ripper instills a sudden surprising urge in Haruka to tap-dance a few feet around, stretching the limits of the choker’s grip on her. Rhole darts between...
I'm planning this turn to have Rhole heal Ikni and try to pull Haruka free with Cutting Words, but I think we may already have to think about retreat.
We could try to draw the battle away from the swamp, since it kills our mobility - which is B.A.D. with the auto-damage aura and huge area...
*COUGH* Flesh Golem *COUGH*
So much for karma giving me easy encounters in RotFL to make up for Closed Eye... :p
Seriously, though: We're screwed. Auto-grabbing reach monsters and an auto-damaging hag makes it essentially impossible to come to Ironheart's aid.
Woe joins in the "feast" and savors the goods fully.
“Well, stick me in a mind flayer dress and drop me on a gith skiff – this is the stuff!”
As an afterthought, he fills up a few spare flasks for a rainy day... Or just for the next couple of hours.
During the – at the very least – short...
Hehe, watch out H.M.!
I fondly remember playing in a very evil near-epic 3.5 game, where we ended up planning the assination of the DM's PC. But hey, most of us were literally manifestations of Evil anyway, so it was sort of expected.
The warrior points and stares, then smiles, and finally grins like a kid in a candy store, even momentarily picking Hacker up to give him a hug.
“Oh, but what is this? That hexing sucker didn’t waste it all. We have plenty of intact Grayson’s Finest!”
Woe tap-dances over to give the dead...
“Rise and shine, Atreus.”
Woe eases up when Kathalia saves the rogue from bleeding out, and helps him to his feet.
“More dead than it was before, at least.”
“Welcome back to the land of the living. Let’s not do that again anytime soon – too many buddies have croaked within the last day, eh?”...
