Well we established earlier in the thread that they are planning to go with the GSL in October (via the interview). But their current product isn't an issue, they can convert product to the GSL.

Heh, now all the odd little things about GG make sense. The really interesting part is that they can produce 4e content under the OGL. I'm not talking legally, that's probably not in question, but pragmatically they are (or think they are) producing viable 4e material under the OGL. Goodman...
