Particularly when I don't buy the girly-girl act. It comes across as false, like she's not only trying too hard to be funny, but too hard to be "girly". But, apparently someone likes to read it, it's easily skipped for those that don't.

Which was far more useful, not to mention 25% more pages the current set, even with a generous count. If you look at actual utility it gets worse. This version is a rip off. Luckily I noticed in time and canceled my order I feel bad for those that didn't.

I assume you're talking about a publisher using the GSL: Nothing is stopping them from trying, but it's pointless to try and find loopholes in the GSL. They can be closed at any time and you're subject to the new GSL. The situation you describe is already covered by the GSL. WotC determines...

Unless the GSL changes between now and then the products from GG coming out at Gencon are not GSL. That is a fact. They may be planning on using the GSL further down the road, but those products scheduled for release prior to October 1st are absolutely not being released under the GSL.
