    Spells on unconscious creatures

The Death Knell part is a very good argument for an unconscious character getting saving throws against harmful spells. It would also make sense to have the unconscious character fail Reflex Saves. :) TS

    Aluminum PC, bay-bee

Just rolled up some stats real quick (don't have the time to create a character) but I guess I was pretty lucky on some rolls! Fighter/Wizard a good choice now! [3.5]

I'd Suggest Paladin/Sorceror. But Divine Grace is Pal2 now... And you'll never have any 9th-level spells (without going Epic). Paladin/Sorceror... hmm... Arcane Inquisitor... Me like. TS

    D&D 3.x 3.5 Flanking

I think there's a logical way of describing how to figure out if you flank someone or not. a) When you are on a corner, you flank with an ally that is on the opposite corner. (before I continue with b, c, etc. take a look at my last pic. The FIRST "F" from the left isn't directly in line...

    D&D 3.x 3.5 Flanking

(my pictures are prettier) When you flank from the far end of a side, Flanking is thus:

    D&D 3.x 3.5 Flanking

I think these diagrams pretty much explain how Flanking works (by my reading). In order to gain a flanking bonus, the imaginary line, that starts in the middle of your square, and goes to the middle of your ally with whom you are trying to Flank, must cross both opposite borders, a corner (the...

    Min/Maxing Help?

I'd suggest that (ie show them that there is fun to be had even when you're not making mince-meat out of Tarrasques OR play a Barb1/Rang2/Rog1 (rage + 2-weapon + sneak), or some other insane multi-class combo. TS

[OT] Where are you all getting your Super-Hero gifs from?

There are a couple here http://www.geocities.com/clarkanimations/marvel.html TS Edit: you can't seem to be able to link or save the image, but I was able by opening up the page in Netscape Composer... -TS

D&D 3.x [3.5] Ring of Feather Fall (Brain-Bleeder from my Players)

Since the ring doesn't have limitations on charges / activations per day, I'd say the ring kicks back in every round. TS
