I've started a sheet. It's taking forever, but I think I came up with a relatively quick way to handle spells. My main problem is coming up with class-specific areas (turning, wildshaping, spell lists, etc.) without cluttering up the sheet. I don't want to have to use a separate database file...

Depending on your modem, you can also try accessing the settings there (where you'd access the firewall). It will tell you what speed you should be getting, at least. Good way to find out if you've been downgraded without you knowing. (I had that happen once.)

What about Giants? Take Frost Giants. 10'x10' spacing, but they're 15' tall. And since they're humanoid, limiting them to a 16' vertical reach is crazy. I tend to go with Ranger REG. Common sense *should* rule here. If a creature has a height listed, round it down to the nearest 5' increment...

Because that's only an extra foot. When we're talking about 5' increments for creature size, and the creature is a full 5' taller than his spacing, it's more than reasonable to assume he occupies that extra 5' space where, you know, his chest, arms, and head are. It's much different that a 6'...

That's always been our default. But when you have a 10' cube creature that's actually 16' tall, it just doesn't make sense.

My Druid is shaped into a Large Earth Elemental. 10x10 with a 5' reach. But Large Earth Elementals are 16' tall. Could I hit something 20' off the ground? In essence, that would make my space 10x10x15 tall. Is there something in the books about this? I know what my logic would tell me, but some...
