That's called stacking. Sorry, I'm just not buying it. Other than, "it doesn't say it doesn't stack," you haven't provided anything that is more convincing than the precedent we already have in an official WotC publication.

Or it could be 100% accurate. Unless you see something contradictory in another WotC product, it's precedent. I'd say the closest comparable is DR and we all know that doesn't normally stack. Allowing fast healing to stack is prone to abuse.

They overlap, not stack. There's a recent Dungeon issue on the WotC site that has a Brain in a Jar monster with the Evolved Undead template applied several times (the template can be applied repeatedly) and it only has fast healing 3. The template gives fast healing 3 but if applied repeatedly...

Don't think so. There is no random variable. The modifier is set by your caster level. If the modifier was 1d6+caster level, then yes you could maximize it to make it 6+caster level. SRD: All variable, numeric effects of a spell modified by this feat are maximized. Saving throws and opposed...

I never really thought about it until now but I used to go to the WotC site a lot more than I do now. Why the change? I think part of it is I don't like the layout and it makes it hard for me to find things I'm looking for. I'd rather see everything on one page than have everything subdivided...

I'm going to use them for pillars, traps, altitude markers, etc. And no, I don't want to (over)pay for those retail altitude markers.

It depends. What exactly does the text save? Even if you're blinded, you can still be threatened. The "threaten" condition has more to do with the attacker than the defender.
