    Ways to exterminate Orcs.

"Magical plague" isn't a spell, ability, or supernatural effect. It is the DM saying "hey, this sounds like a fun plot". Orcs are physiologically different to many other races, so it makes sense that they'd be susceptible to a targeted contagion. They are similar enough that it would probably...

    D&D 3.x 3.5 Seen a tank like this before?

Turtlebuster You have a 30 AC. With Iron Guard's Glare, you must threaten your opponents to have any affect whatsoever. With Shieldmate and White Raven, your allies must be adjacent to you. Most people already have a Deflection bonus better than +3, so Shield of Faith probably isn't helping...

    D&D 3.x 3.5 Seen a tank like this before?

AC is only one of the possible defenses a character can have, and is actually the least effective of them all. D&D isn't suited for the MMO "tank" mechanic. There is nothing stopping enemies from targeting other forms of defense - Spell/Power resistance, elemental resistances, or saving throws...

    Ways to exterminate Orcs.

Plague in the water supply, targets Orcs. Everyone needs water, my friend, even if it is just to make beer with.

    Powerful Build/Half-Orgre Template

I'd say "yes". The text for Powerful Build suggests that it works while under the effects of powers/spells/abilities, so why not for a template?

    Noob Warlock Question

Eldritch Blasts are Spell Like Abilities, which are (in general) standard actions. So, nope. Eldritch Glaive allows you to, though.

Players: Destroying everything a DM has ever painstakingly planned out since 1974.

    Vampire Cape

Make an addendum to the Claws of Darkness (as it pertains to the Cloak) in that it should bypass hardness - this will give you the "cleaving concrete" effect that you're looking for.

D&D 3.x 3.5 alternate ways of handling favoured classes and multiclassing

The D&D Elf is definitely Wizard. They're long lived, studious individuals with a passion for the arts and magic - perfect complement to the "book smart" Wizard archetype. Druids are so rare that they couldn't be a favored class, and Rangers are more solitary than Elves (very social people)...

D&D 3.x 3.5 alternate ways of handling favoured classes and multiclassing

The fluff of favored classes is actually pretty solid. When the majority of the race tends toward one particular class, the way they raise their children will reflect the values and ideals represented by that class, making new children tend toward those values and therefor that class. Warrior...

    Oeczuel the Angel of Fire

I'll get to your other questions in the morning, my wife is having a party and I'm not going to be around much longer. He's already quite strong for CR23. Increasing his ability scores to those would put him easily into the CR25 area.

    Oeczuel the Angel of Fire

I'm still fine tuning it. I'm not sure I want him to be a CR 19 or a CR 23.

    Random thoughts on 2nd Ed.

He did enjoy his "ordinary folk become legends and heroes" fantasy, rather than the "exceptional individuals do what they're supposed to do" type.

    D&D 3.x 3.5 Archer help.

Nezkrul I'm well aware of the drawbacks to Archery in general, and I wouldn't usually play one (hence why I was seeking additional assistance with it). The DM requested I play a martial ranged class. I'm trying to get as far away from "situational awesomeness" as I can.

When I rolled Sekhmet (a 2e Necromancer), she had a 9 Con, a Str of 8, Cha of 7, and Dex 11. Int and Wis were 17 each. My companions weren't saying "Wow, you got two 17's", they were saying "Haha, you got low rolls". Basically, instead of going into the rolling process with a preconceived...
