The reality of this is, not everyone will be able to go no matter how long we wait. Thats why it if works, it could be a yearly thing. If you are going to try and wait till 'everyone' that is insterested in this can go, it will end up never taking place.

doing it for summer was just for those that are younger, or in collage, they can not take time off at all, not without hurting grades I am sure, or losing credits, those of us with jobs usually have some vacation time, and will always have the problem with time of no matter what time of year...

The summer break, or around that time would be good, for those people in school, and collage. Though travel expense by plane usually goes up. Atleast that gives enough time for sorting things out. Atleast a year.
