Wilderlands -- just flat out flexibility. Of all the settings I have played in this one always gave me the feel of vast openness like no other. Scarn -- very unconventional IMO and that is the real draw for me.

Update: The whole NWN2 thing with date release, as tancejeremy rightly states it; EB just told me yesterday the release date is October 31st but they won't have it out until November 1st at the earliest. Another month delay... ;)
