I find that to be a redundant statement. 'Detroit' is sufficient.

d20 srd at http://d20srd.org/ already has pretty much everything hyperlinked, so the simplest way would probably be some google-fu to search that site. One could also create a script that downloads the entire site and gives you pages that link to a particular page.

I generally just grant all PCs literacy, but don't see a problem with requiring a skill point or feat or something for literacy. I just don't want to deal with issues of literacy since I have enough to bother with language fluency (I almost never have a common in my campaigns).

That's my reason for voting them off the island. I have nothing against them but I've never run an Oriental campaign and so find little use for them.
