There's the Greenbond template from (IIRC) the FR Supplement Unapproachable East. Some have made a case that it's too powerful - I don't know, I haven't read it it in quite some time.

They've done multiple web enhancements in the past. Admittedly, mostly for Forgotten Realms materials (since the authors there almost always heavily overwrite....), but it's been done before. It's still possible.
