    WWE KNOW YOUR ROLE Demo

Is that a 4th level dinosaur? Yeah, there's a big difference between Lift DC 26 (600 lbs.) and 9 (175 lbs.)! Think deinonychus is closer to 175 than 600, iirc. Anyway, just wanna mention that the official KYR site (www.comicimages.com/KYR) is back up, and contains the new demo (version 2.0) as...

    WWE KNOW YOUR ROLE Demo

The release date is still around Wrestle Mania 21, so figure late March, early April. In the worst case, it should definitely be on the store shelves for a while by the time Summer Slam hits :D Tony

    WWE KNOW YOUR ROLE Demo

A newer demo ("Promo 2.0") has been uploaded to the Files section of WWE RPG Fan Yahoo Group (www.wwerpgfan@yahoogroups.com). It includes an abridged character generation to create your own wrestler of 1-3 levels, as well as revised and expanded combat rules!!! There's even a pdf file for those...

How would you resolve a race between characters?

Opposed Dex check, characters get +1 to their roll for every 2' over 30' speed, or -1 per 2' under 30' speed?

How would you resolve a race between characters?

I'd use an opposed Ride vs. Ride check, with the speedier mount getting a bonus on the roll. If you want to have multiple rolls for dramatic effects, set a "victory margin." Frex, a VM of 20 would mean that one side has to beat the other by a total of 20 over a series of opposed checks to win...

    What's the buzz on FFE?

Agreed. It's also good that the cool, exciting titles promised by FFE (I, for one, want to see that Conquistador/alternate America RPG) should now see print too. Tony

    What's the buzz on FFE?

Very carefully. It's not everyday I know a little something no one's heard yet :D The old dinosaur's still around? Couldn't been my pool. Don't have one. Tony

    WWE KNOW YOUR ROLE Demo

The original release date is around Christmas, 2004. It depends on how fast the WWE can approve the core book (not very fast from what I heard), and how fast the printer can turn it around after approval... If it ends up being delayed, Comic Images may push it back to a WrestleMania XXI...

    WWE KNOW YOUR ROLE Demo

Myself (Tony Lee), Cynthia Celeste Miller (of Cartoon Action Hour fame and noted wrestling historian), Eddie Webb (Omlevex), Matt Gwinn (Kayfabe), Erik Yaple (d20 7th Sea/Swashbuckling Adventures), and Marcelo Figueroa (who likes to use Cooper or Beat for psuedo-surname for some reason :) )...

    What's the buzz on FFE?

FFE is down to one active staff--John Danovich--as far as I know, who was also the only one present at this past Gen Con. It seems to me they are putting all the scheduled releases on indefinite hold. I think they're still sorting out what exactly is going to Studio 2, so until they're done with...

    D20 Wrestling

WWE Know Your Role RPG Big pro-wrestling fan here too. I think the biggest problem in creating a wrestling RPG is listing all the moves--which I feel is practically impossible given all the variations being invented almost everyday. So instead, I made a maneuver system to let players create...

    What's the buzz on FFE?

It should be announced in the last quarter of 2004. The name is Studio 2, I believe. Tony

    What's the buzz on FFE?

FFE Alive... sort of. Since I have/had a card game, SchizoManic, coming out thru FFE, I was able to get some info on FFE: Cross Gen products (CCG, RPG, etc.) are pretty much kaputz. Don't expect to see them. Ed Greenwood's campaign setting will come out, the last quarter of this year, but not...
