Pathfinder 1E An SRD for Pathfinder?

Looks pretty good to me! I'm really glad people are picking up the ball and running with this. I use d20SRD all the time for 3.5, and it would be a real shame to loose that functionality.

Rockin' out with the Immortal Porpoises: I played the d20 mini-game "Hijinx!"

That's awesome! I remember all the flack that mini-game got when it was published, so it great to see that someone actually had such a great time with it. Take that, unbelievers!!!!

    Best 1st level Adventures

Mad God's Key (from Dungeon) is usually toted as one of the best 1st level adventures. I'm not sure how good of a "campaign starter" it is, but worth checking out (and they're having a magazine sale over at Paizo, so it might be available cheep!)

Pathfinder 1E Pathfinder Adventure Path: How Successful?

The point of the thread is discussing "How Successful Paizo's Adventure Paths Are". Would you please fork your discussion into it's own thread? That way people interested in discussing those issues can focus on them more, and others can see from the thread title that those issues are being...

3e, 2e, Ad&d, Od&d.......... Forked Thread: Adventures that are NOT dungeon crawls.

OK, the only one of those I've actually read & run is Pharaoh (just last year, actually), and it is definitely a dungeon crawl: you're in a Pharoah's tomb filled with tricks and traps 90% of the adventure! That said, it's also one of the best adventures of all time, and the best dungeon crawl...

3e, 2e, Ad&d, Od&d.......... Forked Thread: Adventures that are NOT dungeon crawls.

Off the top of my head: the Dungeon Eberron adventures Chimes at Midnight and Fallen Angel are good examples (although it's been a while since reading Fallen Angel, so I may be misremembering). Almost all 2e's Al-Qadim adventures fit that description, although there might have been an exception...

    Iterative Attacks

I think Scurvy's point was "why not just do more damage with the one attack as the solution". Off the top of my head: it restricts you to attacking just one opponent.

Adventures that are NOT dungeon crawls.

I don't think that really eleviates the issue though: those are still just fights, there' just not indoors.

Boston Gameday Aug 22nd, 2009 (logistics and directions linked from 1st post)

First off, Silvermoon, either of those sounds awesome, although I personally would favor the Superhero one more. Secondly, here is my game: OPERATION: NO SECRETS In the year 2047 six superpowers scramble after the Earth's rapidly diminishing resources. When well-protected scientists from all...

Boston Gameday Aug 22nd, 2009 (logistics and directions linked from 1st post)

We are so in! PKB / Legolasgimli is going to run Kobalds Ate My Baby, and I'm going to run my True20 GI Joe/cyberpunk game. Details after the weekend when I don't have to type it out on my phone! :)

Who all is playing d20 Modern Pulp Adventures?

I've done it with Mutants & Masterminds (and I used a couple of Thrilling Tales adventures in addition to my own with it). I'm also starting up a little Savage Worlds western pulp game soon.

How many DM's have actually run a published Adventure Path?

This is very true, and good advice.

How many DM's have actually run a published Adventure Path?

We're going into the home stretch of Shackled City (adventure 10 of 12) with one of my groups, and I think people have had a good time. This is only the second time I've dealt with characters this high level, and It really illustrates to me some of the issues that people have with high-level d20...

Do fantasy and paganism go together, or should they stay separate?

One of my main FLGS back in the 80's was Voyager Bookstore. They were a Christian bookstore that had by far the biggest display of games and (especially) minis I've ever seen. (In before the lock!!!!!)

    White 2?

The way I get around this, btw, is to click on one of the links in the bottom tag cloud. The page that brings you to has the links to navigate around the interior.

    White 2?

I've got that issue on the homepage, but it's OK in the secondaries. Also: the grey type on the blue bars is illegible, and the entry fields are black (not awful, but clearly not the right color scheme). But mostly it's the fact that none of the images are loading in the forums that is...

    Boston Game Stores?

If it's a lunch thing in Boston let me know. I might be able to slip away long enough to meet y'all. :)

    Starting a new M&M campaign...

Are your players familiar with M&M character creation? When I started up my campaign I described the campaign (Pulp Superheros) to the four of them and we brainstormed on their characters. I went home and stated them up. Once the players had a feel for the system we revisited them to see if they...

    Starting a new M&M campaign...

I'll tell you what springs to mind: an instant and insatiable desire to play in your game! :D Honestly, nothing concrete, but as I'm gearing up for a weird science take on Wild, Wild West myself, I've been looking at a possible source of inspiration lately: the episode recaps of the old Wild...
