Only once, I allowed the PCs access to a Sphere of Annihilation ( with a Talisman of the Sphere so they could control it... ) This was from one of the Demons and Devils modules from Necromancer Games.

I thought it was great for the Bard class. It had a Pirate's of Penzance homage. And a Robin Hood, the Musical PRC. And a class based on the Itsy Bitsy Spider... Or perhaps it was just my mind desperatly seeking something bardlike from the classes within. ( Or just my mind playing tricks on me...

Why would a Dwarf wield an axe? What is there in their warrens that needs an Axe? There are no trees down there... That is why all the Dwarfs I run use either hammers, or picks.

My vile clr11 is on his 3rd cohort. His current cohort is a fiendish human fighter 8 bastard sword user. Previous cohorts: Water Gensai devoted defender, with longspear. Human anti-paladin with a greatsword. Black-spikey fullplate and all.

My favorite is my own homebrew the Brotherhood of Whispers. For published PrCs, my favorite is the Flame Steward ( post errata ). It is just 'cool'. :-)
