Ghostly bugs I agree that it should have some intelligence. It'll just get creepy when it starts acting intelligently. I think it should be around 18 HD and a collection of tiny creatures. Maybe some effigy weasels granted incorporeality and intelligence by a mad artificer. FEAR THE WEASEL!!
