I know, I know. Where can I get the Basic Rules? I have the Quick start ones (for free), and I'm going to buy the rulebook when I get my allowance (at the beginning of this month, but i haven't seen or heard of the basic rules, either on the web or at a shop.

Thanks, both of you. Also, how do you raise stats and skills? Can HP be raised? I know sanity can, but I don't know about HP or Magic Points. Also, what are Mythos Tomes and Artifacts?

I have only played d20 twice, so your'e right, I don't know a lot. However, are there epic levels? Caus ei f there are, then I am correct, and you can become omnipowerful. If not, ignore me.

HOwever, d20 does have the advantage that you can modify how hard it is to do something.

I've always felt that BRP is better at reproducing a Lovecraftian feeling. In his stories, by the end of it, the main character is always practically saying that he wishes he had never been involved with anything in the first place, and there's always a sense that htere is nothing you can do to...

One is a Private Investigator, one is a Criminal Justice, one is a Police Detecive, another is a priest, one is a Psychic, and the last one is a Parapsychologist.

I could also start a new D&D or Call of Cthulhu campaign. Man, does no one here play RPGs or what?

Although some monsters may have a high CR ( or a low one), they may not be that tough. Which is the hardest to kill (or defeat)?
