Where is the line between surprise round and not? Do you simply roll higher inititive? Is it if one member of the party gets into charge range without being noticed? Is it only during *special* times (rarely). I'm running KotS tonight and the rogue wants to know *sigh*.

My sig works VERY well here. -No one WANTS to pay money when they can get stuff for free. -However future "stuff" may be limited/lower quality unless you do. /ps DMs: The "hardcopy" rule would really help us on this one. Good Gaming and 20s to all y'all.
