If it turns out as good as PoE, I'll be on the first row of buyers. But I don't think it will since Larian is already working on a BG3 that should (?) be a cRPG. I'm expecting a aRPG from Tuque or a BG3 gacha mobile spinoff.
But we can, that's the issue I think. Here's my armchair expert analysis (:p), I follow the game industry for about two decades now, twelve as a game "journalist".
The acquired company only released a so-so game when it was a 12 people team. They are now recruiting people, 50+ people...
Wow, when I saw the name and the logo, I thought immediatly to "La guerre des tuques" to find out that it's a company based in Montréal. It makes sense.
Edit: looked at their website, I'm 100% with Ruin Explorer on this one, it doesn't smells good. There's dozen indie studios in Montréal, not...

Yeah, that's something I'm noticing, more than the map of Europe itself. Like the Empire is German, Vampires are Romanian, Southern are italian, Bretonnian are French, Norsca are Norwegians, Orcs are Turks (??).

It will be worse as the life goes by. Within a few years, we might be faced to difficult society choices as UBI and the likes. When 20% of the population have nothing else to do than create arts and an AI can do it better, I'm not too sure where it will goes.
Thanks! I was planning to buy it, moreover since I guess there some serious background for Baldur's Gate III. But at the same time, I purchase so many books that I never read more than 5%, I feel bad about that.
