WotC Brand New D&D Video Game from WotC's New Acquisition Tuque Games

If it turns out as good as PoE, I'll be on the first row of buyers. But I don't think it will since Larian is already working on a BG3 that should (?) be a cRPG. I'm expecting a aRPG from Tuque or a BG3 gacha mobile spinoff.

WotC Brand New D&D Video Game from WotC's New Acquisition Tuque Games

But we can, that's the issue I think. Here's my armchair expert analysis (:p), I follow the game industry for about two decades now, twelve as a game "journalist". The acquired company only released a so-so game when it was a 12 people team. They are now recruiting people, 50+ people...

WotC Brand New D&D Video Game from WotC's New Acquisition Tuque Games

Wow, when I saw the name and the logo, I thought immediatly to "La guerre des tuques" to find out that it's a company based in Montréal. It makes sense. Edit: looked at their website, I'm 100% with Ruin Explorer on this one, it doesn't smells good. There's dozen indie studios in Montréal, not...

    Warhammer lore

Good to know. In my head, it was clearly separated but I never asked myself why there was two universes with the same name, besides the year 40 000.

D&D General From the Freelancing Frontline: The Beginning

Nice story. It makes me sad however, I took the "normal" working route, got a decent salary and everything with it because "you can't live from your art, that's not a job!" kind of mantra that I learned from my parents. Now I got everything I need on the material level but I'm not fulfilled at all.

Why they make a division like that? They wanted to reboot the franchise?

    Mad at Paizo?

On my side, it's not just the art, there is something amiss about this but I can't pinpointed it (yet).

    Warhammer lore

Yeah, that's something I'm noticing, more than the map of Europe itself. Like the Empire is German, Vampires are Romanian, Southern are italian, Bretonnian are French, Norsca are Norwegians, Orcs are Turks (??).

Hello, Back in June, I purchased Zweihander and I really loved the setting. I'm not too sure why but I never look for the warhammer setting, I guess it became popular during my twenty years RPG drought (95-15) but now I'm really digging it, I'm playing Total War: Warhammer and I would like to...

RPG Evolution: RPGs Have a Health Problem

It will be worse as the life goes by. Within a few years, we might be faced to difficult society choices as UBI and the likes. When 20% of the population have nothing else to do than create arts and an AI can do it better, I'm not too sure where it will goes.

D&D 5E (2014) Deep Dive into Descent Into Avernus

Thanks! I was planning to buy it, moreover since I guess there some serious background for Baldur's Gate III. But at the same time, I purchase so many books that I never read more than 5%, I feel bad about that.

D&D 5E (2014) Deep Dive into Descent Into Avernus

Is it worth it for someone that is looking only for the fluff? I don't run 5E (yet).

D&D 5E (2014) New Cover for Eberron: Rising from the Last War

Better than the Angelina Jolie one but still not quite as good as Baldur's Gate.
