Hmm... I am pretty sure the GD1 is the dead one. If you move to H3, you're out there alone pretty much.

Since it just came up in another game, I thought I'd share. Diagonal movements as Delia and Khoros have done, cutting across the corners of obstacles are, I think, not legal (p. 283). It seems, if a square has an obstacle, you need to move fully around the corner and not cut it diagonally.

As much as I hate to rule against myself, I think Bheazir does not benefit from his own 'Bastion of Defense'. Unlike say.. Lead the attack.. it says only allies and not you and each ally, or some such in the description. Thoughts?

Hmm. I think you can move diagonally just fine in 4e. And neither is the sq. up-left of your original position difficult terrain. If you move as described (i.e. straight up north), you're still on the upper-left corner of #2 when you begin your normal move and therefore provoke an opportunity...

Awsome, an update. Did you include the damage from Ruthear's armour's daily against #1? Was the creature immune to necrotic damage? Didn't the armour go off at all?
