well the average person is taught to fear the time when the sun setted, to make sure they don't question authority. also to them the highest honor is to join one of the groups that help to keep order. also their commanders are honored leaders, and some peasants worship them as saints.

Well templates become quickly common as the campaign progresses. So the point buy is to make it so that RP possibilities are a bit more expanded. Though I do suggest people look into down-the-road investments. Really plan on the prestige class (If any) you plan to take.
