I could see halving hit points and increasing damage between 1.5x to 2x. I'd only do it for creatures of, say CR 1 or higher - maybe even just CR 3 or higher (whatever 5th level+ characters fight commonly).

I doubt randomized cards, but they did sell cards in 4E for powers, and we've had 5E spells and some class/racial ability cards put out. I could see it being done, but beyond spell cards - they're not for me.

A Skill system that frankly sucks. To work, everyone has to have a moderate skill at everything from the start or they don't get used at all. And frankly, combat and spellcasting should be skills too. Especially when so many spells circumvent having a skill at something.
